Keith Kroon products are produced and fulfilled on demand through our fulfillment partner.
Processing time
Most orders are prepared for shipment within 2 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times can be longer during busy periods or if an item requires additional production time.
Delivery time
Delivery time depends on the destination and the shipping method available at checkout. The delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent once the order has been dispatched.
International orders
We ship to many international destinations. Customs duties, import charges, or local fees may apply depending on the destination and local rules. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at kroonkeith@gmail.com. Once production or shipment has begun, changes may no longer be possible.
Delays and lost parcels
Carrier delays can occasionally occur. If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your parcel appears to be lost, contact us and we will help investigate the shipment.
